This course combines advanced concepts in nutrition science with strategic nutrients and ingredients to address inflammation, oxidative stress, cardio-metabolic and gastro-intestinal issues in clinical practice. Learn how to apply the meal planning frameworks and principles taught in the essentials course to these common nutrition and health situations. This course is designed specifically for clinicians working with individual clients. Some basic elements of nutrigenomics are wound into the course, however unlike our Genomic Kitchen PRO course and Culinary Genomics Certification Program, nutrigenomics is not the focus of teaching.
