Applied culinary nutrition translates basic and advanced nutrition science to the plate through organized culinary frameworks, target ingredients and time-tested educational strategies. Our Culinary Nutrition Essentials Course focuses on building meal planning structure into your practice, enabling you to efficiently guide individual clients and nutrition education audiences to effortless health-supportive meal solutions. Our Advanced Culinary Nutrition Course combines advanced concepts in nutrition science  with meal planning strategy to inflammation, oxidative stress, cardio-metabolic and gastro-intestinal issues.  Choose either course, or buy as a package. Our Applied Culinary Nutrition courses are taught in partnership with Susan Allen, CCN, RDN, Next Level Functional Nutrition. Designed specifically for busy clinicians and educators, we provide proven techniques to successfully translate your nutrition expertise into your clients’ kitchens and onto their plates.

Advanced Culinary Nutrition

This course combines advanced concepts in nutrition science with strategic nutrients and ingredients to address inflammation, oxidative stress, cardio-metabolic and gastro-intestinal issues in clinical practice. Learn how to apply the meal planning frameworks and principles taught in the essentials course to these common nutrition and health situations. This course is designed specifically for clinicians working with individual clients. Some basic elements of nutrigenomics are wound into the course, however unlike our Genomic Kitchen PRO course and Culinary Genomics Certification Program, nutrigenomics is not the focus of teaching. This is the most advanced course  available focusing on the application of culinary nutrition clinical practice.
